You build a digital version of the business. Then you explore routes: do it yourself, use AI, hire help, or wait and fix the foundations. Ads are one option, not the default.

How a run starts

1. Not enough leads.
2. Ads run. The leads are bad.
3. No ads yet. Thinking about it.

Build the business. Play the month. Later, AI can fill gaps we do not ask for. Not in this version.
